An intensive, creative, and personalized program designed for open-minded people ready to commit to themselves, ready for a life change, ready to be engaged with themselves and divine life force! This program is for those ready to be well! Together we will design a physical, emotional and spiritual self-care strategy. You'll sign a self-care commitment contract which will heal you, energize you, challenge you, and assist you in creating a life of vitality and substance.

In this age of fast-paced, cold, treat-the-symptom non-health care doesn’t it make sense to "cover yourself"? Your program will include gentle, effective, preventative, self-loving approaches to reclaiming your "temple". Your natural state is wholeness and holiness… remember?

Nurture Yourself™ includes:

  • Three Bodywise sessions per month
  • Two Follow-up consults (one via telephone, one "walk-n-talk" session)
  • A custom blended Monthly Self-Care Kit (hand made herbal , bath, beauty & wellness products)
  • A "Journey" Journal to record your progress, weekly "Heal Yourself" handouts
  • Two harvesting/plant ID trips with other Nurture Yourself members to increase your knowledge, harvest remedies to take home, AND help keep The Healing Room’s herbal apothecary well-stocked

Nurture Yourself ™  sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of that appointment. The Healing Room Al a Carte sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice will require payment in full if we cannot replace you with someone from the waiting list.
