Late/Cancellation/No Show Fee
When we set aside that special time for you we really look forward
to your visit. Please give us a FULL 24 hour notice of cancellation
to avoid a $25 fee (ex. an appointment scheduled for 1pm must be
cancelled by 1pm the day before to avoid the fee.).
Appreciation day appointments require 72 hours notice of
cancellation to avoid these charges.
If you
do not call or show up for your appointment, the full amount of the
service is due. This fee is also due if The Healing Room
cancels your agreement for consistent lateness, no calls or no
shows.
Have
a wellness pamper party! you supply the people...we'll supply the
fun!
